    • What do you need from me?

      Images, logos and text content. Images and videos can really make a website. If you don’t have these than don’t worry. I can help. I also do logo/branding and photography. Talk to me now to go over your needs. If you have all of these things already. Great! You can send these over to me and I can get started straight away. 

    • Will my website work on all devices?

      Yes all of my sites are designed to work on any device, entirely compatable with Mac, PC, tablets, and phones. With so many different screen sizes out there it’s important your site adapts to still look great on every device. Using a combination of screen detection and responsive elements. I’m confident your site will look great everywhere. 

    • What is a domain name and how do I get one?

      Every site uses a domain name (www.website.com) this is what people type in to access your website. If you have one already I can easily point it to your new website. If you don’t have one I can help you search for one and buy it. Domains vary in price from £10 to £1000’s! Most however are very reasonable priced. Please email or call me to discuss the process further.

    • What is website hosting, and do I need it?

      Every website online needs to be hosted, this basically rents a space on the internet for your site. There is a once a year, annual cost to host, and to use all of the great additional features like shopping carts and content management system the hosting must be done though me. The costs are competitive and built into your initial quote, and I use Amazon servers, some of the safest and quickest on the internet. 

    • Can you create a website I can sell from?

      Yes. I can integrate a full shopping Ecommerce system into your website, from 10 products to 2,500! You have control of adding additional products, updating images, choosing shipping and prices, and I do not take any percentage of your sales revenue.

      Please note however that additional 3rd party charges will apply from external procesessors, for example, Paypal.

    • Can I add to and edit my website once you've finished it?

      Yes. Each website comes with a Content Management system. This allows you to log into your website at any time of day, and make changes without needing to come through me and pay any additional charges. You can easily add photos, videos and update text. 

    • Can I view my own websites statistics?

      Of course! Your website comes with a full suite of website analytics. You’ll be able to log in to your own personal Content Management system dashboard, and see where the traffic is coming from, how long people look at your site and what device they are using. 

    • Can I have a blog on my website?

      Yes. My system comes with a blogging platform. Most of my clients use this to update their customers about news or new product releases. You have the ability to add video, images and links to your blog posts. All of which can be easily shared to your own various social media platforms. 

      Using the content management system you can edit and update your blog posts as often as you like.
